We teamed up with Startup Guide to provide you with a learning experience to explore new perspectives and practices within entrepreneurship. You will do this by developing your own sustainable idea and business, inspired and guided by cutting-edge entrepreneurs and experts from the field. Throughout the course, you will acquire the skills needed to navigate through uncertainties, get valuable input, and collaborate with your fellow-learners on your project ideas. Join us this Spring to form the next cohort of Meaningful Entrepreneurs and become a changemaker.

Scholarships

We acknowledge that this is a (financially) challenging time for many of us. Therefore, we have decided to offer two scholarships for the Meaningful Entrepreneurship Course. We encourage you strongly to apply, but as we only have two scholarships available, we would ask you to apply for them only if you really need the financial support.

FAQ

How much time will I need in between the two weekly sessions?

We will cover the most relevant content in the live sessions. Between the sessions, you should expect to work 2-4 hours on your project and by yourself (or with some teammates). We believe that you will make the most of the course if you apply the learnings directly to a real project. That way, you can get the most out of guidance and regular feedback sessions.

I won't be able to join all the live sessions. Can I still participate?

Yes! Of course, we recommend joining the live sessions to not miss out on Q&A's and workshops, but you will still get access to all the course materials and recordings of the experts' inputs.

Can I join without a specific project or business idea?

Yes! You can develop your idea at the beginning of the course. Even if you are not working on your business and project, you will gain valuable skills and insights that can be applied to many different situations - it's about your personal development as much as it is about doing business sustainably.

Is the course relevant for me if I am not based in Berlin?

Definitely! Although KAOSPILOT+ Berlin is located in the city, this course is offered entirely online. Some of our experts are located here, but our modules' content is applicable and relevant to you no matter where you are. You will be able to develop your idea in regard to your specific local context.

What does Meaningful Entrepreneurship mean?

Entrepreneurship is often described as the capacity and ability to design, develop and start a new business. We believe that Meaningful Entrepreneurship is the act of starting an initiative that serves people and the planet. It is focusing on a sustainable profit for all stakeholders, which goes far beyond capital.

Are there any requirements to participate?

You do not need any specific previous experience - just come with an open mind! As our course is an online learning experience, you need a computer and internet connection and should have access to ZOOM to participate. It would be best if you were comfortable with communicating in English.

Who is the scholarship for & how do I apply?

We are offering two kinds of scholarships: one to support womxn entrepreneurs on their mission to reshape our economy, and a general one, for a curious personality working on an idea with potential for positive impact that does not have the financial means to participate otherwise. You can apply by filling out the form on our scholarship page, where you'll tell a bit about yourself and your idea, which will allow us to evaluate who will receive the scholarships.
